Palmini Pasta - What Is It? And Why Is It So Popular?

Palmini is a pasta substitute that is made from a natural plant known as Hearts of Palm that has been trending recently on Google searches. When this plant pasta is cut and cooked by it’s proper cooking directions, it has an uncanny resemblance to regular pastas. Many customers report that Palmini has a strong smell to it. If you want to neutralize the flavor and smell of Palmini, rinse well and let it sit in milk for 45 minutes. Rinse again and enjoy! Once the Palmini is rinsed, add to a saucepan with your choice of sauce and heat.
